Raise again and build under (QLD Logan Area)

Hi,

My highset house is in Logan area. Due to the height is only 2.2m at the moment, I am considering to raise it again to legal height and convert the ground floor to be 2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom/1 Laundry/1 Kitchen and 1 Living Room. Can anyone recommend a good builder to me? I heard the cost of raising is about $20k-$40k and build under is about $2k per m2. Time for raising is about 2 weeks and build under is about 4 weeks. Are these correct?
