    there's only one thing worse ,
    MORMONS ON A SUNDAY MORNING AT 7:30 AM
    don't they drink on a Saturday night and get hung over


    might find out where they live and invite the pub around Friday night to drink and party on there front lawn at 2.00am ( trying to convert them )
    how come a 10mm peg dont fit in a 10mm hole

    Doesn't work. They turn the other cheek. You have to do like I did, threatened legal action for harassment and trespass. THAT worked.

    I often have fun with these idiots by asking them what the weather is like in Bombay today. Much fun ensues with them trying to convince me they are in a call centre in Melbourne or somewhere. Sometimes they forget why they rang

    The other one I enjoyed immensely was when someone 'from the Hilton Adelaide' rang up on behalf of the manager to invite me to join the spending club. At the time I knew the manager personally, so after they had made this great play about how he was inviting me personally, I said 'Great, put him on, I want to speak with him anyway' Haha, they couldn't seem to find him, and got quite annoyed. haha.

    We've told all friends and family that we generally don't answer the phone so leave a message, and we screen calls. We get soooo many calls where no-one leaves a message - most likely a machine.

    Private number keeps it all clean. In 9 years I have never had a call from someone I don't know.

    I usually don't get home until about 6.30-7pm most nights. Last time I was on leave, every afternoon at about 5.30pm I'd get a call from Telstra. Every day - same time!

    It really annoyed my as I hate these time wasters. They'd try every angle. But I usually said I wasn't interested and hung up politely.

    Last time, I gave a few encouraging sounds and let them rip. I wonder how long they talked to themselves after I put the phone down. Sure weren't still there when I went back to check an hour later. I doubt if it inconvenienced them, though - they'd have so many lines.
