Has Just Tools closed down?

I went searching for some tools in Google and the links to the Just Tools site seems to have disappeared. I did see a reference to a "closing down sale" but nothing else. Also their Facebook site has also disappeared.

I bought the Tormek Jointer jig for about $100 off the odds with free shipping just last month. Maybe that explains the good price

The owner told me that the landlord was redeveloping the sites leased by Just Tools as well as the neighbouring ones.
