planning on attacking my bathroom in a few weeks and have a few questions to get me started.

I need to raise the floor level around 2cm, to bring it level with the hallway, whats the best way to do this? is there a way i can do it over the existing tiles, which means i would not have to lift up the current tiles.

when installing the bath, do you put the bath in first and then tile around, or do you tile first and then put in the bath?

I am planning on lining the walls with cement sheeting, do i need to place anything at the joins (considering i am going to tile over) or is it ok to just hard but and leave?

anything else i need to be careful of?, i am not planning on doing the tiling myself, will probably get somebody in for that.
