ok hi guys havnt posted for awhile but we are into our build full swing we need to do bearers and joists the plans call for 2/90 x35 MGP 12 bearers and 90 x 45 MGP12 joists however the wood merchant im using has quoted on pine rad T2 90 x 45 and pine rad T2 90 x35 my question is they said i can use this as a replacement option but im not sure if this is the right thing to do would it stand up to australian regs and council or should i tell them to requote on the wood on the plans...
