Hi all,

I am looking to repaint my concrete ceiling (in an apartment). I have flaked away a few areas of loose paint and sanded these areas back too ensure there is no more loose material. The thinkness would be 1-2 coats deep that has been flaked away. Will these areas be hidden by just repainting the ceiling or do i need to apply something prior to painting to fill them? Same question also regarding a few hairline cracks that are also visible (no major or structural cracks are visible).
