    Default How to do a 2 pak finish

    Can anybody please advise how they do a hard and smooth 2 pak finish on kitchen cupboard doors?

    Fill/seal edges of MDF, sand well, spray with 2 pac primer, spray with 2 pac topcoat. Finish is largely dependant on the skill of the spray painter. Also - 2 pac is not lung friendly at all, so a supplied air mask rather than a filter style.

    Have a browse of videos on youtube for car spraypainting - process is exactly the same, and you can even use car acrylic which isn't as nasty to breathe as 2 pac.

    EDIT - 'ShopSmart DeBeer' are words to search for if you want to avoid the videos with mumbled almost-english and too-loud heavy metal soundtracks (or even worse) mexican hip-hop music, yo.
