I'm looking for how to use what is available on this Forum to full advantage.
Is there a FAQ section?
Or an explanation of what else is available?

Yes ther is a FAQ. It's on the menu bar at the top of the page.

To find out what the icons on the left mean, move your mouse cursur over them.

Is that anything like Team Leader/Member training? Three 12 hour days of "get your team across this lake (grass circle marked out with rope) using the rocks sticking up out of the water (besser bricks) and these planks". :confused: :confused:
