As my departing post for a while I wonder if any of the woosaticians and kissar*eacrats have the good fortune to come across this forum and posts. Would be a bit of a culture shock for them to see what "normal" decent citizens think. Then again; I don't think that their thoughts go too far from how they can profit from their position; rather than the good of the community.
Maybe we are just on a high from wood dust and morals.

That wonderful little word 'sinecure' could have saved you all of that effort
See you soon, and leave the nurses aloneStupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.

I reckon the stocks are well overdue for a come back.
A bit of public ridicule ( and the odd rotten tomato ) at an early stage in a lad's ( and they are usually lads ) criminal career might do the trick for a fair proportion of them. They get slapped on the wrists when they get caught and they never really find out what the rest of us think of them. I reckon a couple of hours in the stocks should be a mandatory penalty for grafitti daubers.no-one said on their death bed I wish I spent more time in the office!

Tikki,
Parents still have the right to discipline. They are just not allowed to bash their kids anymore. I think the question here is if these kids are disciplined at all, by anyone.

You may discipline your child by 'smacking' them. You can not injure them in any way. It's called 'Lawful Chastisement'. It's these do gooding idiots in society today who give you grief when you give your kid a smack you will tell you you can't do it.

Ouch,
I can't help getting the feeling that there is a mob mentality in here to match the mob mentality by those kids. Not of all of us agree
And, whilst I have the utmost respect for police, there are police who have unlawfully killed people, dealt in drugs, embezzled funds etc. No section of society is immune to the vagaries of human nature, kids, police or even -and here I may cross the line - woodworkers!!
As for answers, no of course I don't have any - but a lot begins at home.
Cheers

PUSSY!!! WHERE???? I will shoot the mongrel, feral, piece of garbage....
The same should apply for the mongrel, feral garbage of MF.
If those nasty, corrupt, drug dealing, filthy rich coppers would stop hunting down unlicensed strippers, unlicensed dogs. unlicensed onion picklers and get on with buildin tennis courts fro the good people of MF then the world would be a much nicer place.... 'Nough political correct crap, let the poor bloody coppers enforce the law! Give them permission to defend themselves properly, SUPPORT THEIR EFFORTS ON OUR BEHALF!

If this behaviour can go on unchecked what will they do next ?
This issue is not about what some policeman may or may not have done, it is about law and order. All I can say is " Thank God for the cops for without them there would be unchecked hooliganism."

I was going to give a big reply to what has been going on.
But have decided not to.
Because not being politically correct I may offend someone with my opinion
Someone would take offence to my thoughts about what the police should be doing not sitting on there hands
The worse thing is I would be called UnAustralian
Well it's time these goody goodie’s where told to shove it and the offenders taken by force and given the full extent of the law ......... the old way when stuff like this was ummmm..... Not a way of just expressing your view.
Since when is throwing rocks and petrol bombs tolerated
This is the world gone mad
If it isn’t stopped then this great country la will not be so great
If I had have done this when I was younger I would have copped a flogging
firstly by the police then by my dad
ok thats enough
