Gout & Cholestrol

If you use a spread on your bread called PROACTIV, that will lower cholestrol in most people usually by a couple of points, dont know about gout though. The spread contains plant sterols which it is claimed aid the cholestrol problems. Mine dropped 2.2 when I started using it six years ago.
