Zucchini, what happens when you don't check for a while.

Hi,
No one has mentioned their best use when they get that big, peel and pip then cube and mix with fruit to make jam. They do not have enough flavor to take over and are cheaper than more fruit.

I've got some at the moment as big as them or even bigger.
They make pretty good soup but the biggest one's I half and put in the worm farm.

Zucchini pickles. They taste just like any other pickles, but they use up lots of zucchinis.
