I'm currently planning a house build...a house that will see me through to my last days. Ease of access for people with limited mobility is one important aim and for this reason we've stayed single story.

    Hi Arron
Yes there is a residential lift at a reasonable cost, designed and made in Australia. Please visit our website Home - The Residential Lift Company. Hopefully this may answer all your questions and you can contact someone before your plans are too far along. The lift does have a 100mm step up on the ground floor but this can be recessed and allowed for in a new build so you have level entry.
    Regards ResiLift
