Internet chat channels; how often do you visit them?

Actually I would as my MSN chat is used to keep in contact with my family interstate. Sons, Niece, Nephew and my daughter uses it and me to help educate my grandsons in the use of the computer..... I have just checked my list and there is only one friend on there who is not directly related to me.

When I first got on the net some 5 years ago, I was shown to a chat channel called IRC and you used mIRC to access it. It is good fun as you can use all sorts of pop up messages... hard to explain but great fun.

I've used mIRC 24/7 since 1997 to download mus... erm to chat to people.........................................
