Thread: Lawnmower carburettor aargh!

For what it's worth.
I had problems with those wires on 2 victas.
Mine became intermittent, bastard to start.
It seemed to me that the problem was the switch on the wires.
I have now removed the wires and have added my own switch.
The STOP on the hand controls now does not STOP it.
I now have a kill switch down by the carby if I need a fast shutoff.
But generally I just run it out of fuel.
