I think Peter's words were "run off from your dwelling". He made no mention about natural run off.
But as Sturdee mentioned, every state and local government has different rules so best to try and find out from them!Have a nice day - Cheers

Sorry Rowan you are right I misread that.
I did think we were talking about natural flow though not run off from dwellings.
