You can't die of anorexia (well, unless you starve to death). However, because of the anorexia, she had a potassium deficiency, which caused her heart to fail.

In that case, you can't die from a heart attack either. Eventually, everyone dies from hypoxia - oxygen starvation to the brain, unless they are vaporised I guess. Originally Posted by stuart_lees
