antislip long lasting paints for concrete walk ways????

i need to paint some exterior concrete pathways next year, looking for antislip paving paint and long lasting, not that jet stuff, that sucks, never used it again after the first time i did, hardly lasted. ive also watched neighbours use the stuff as well, hardly lasted 2 years. needs something that will dry in a reasonable time and be foot trafficable again soon.

looking at norglass stuff, is this any good??
