We want to build a timber framed granny flat which has external fibre cement weatherboard cladding and metal roof.

In addition to designing footings etc, can a structural engineer also do the detailed timber drawings (showing span width, timber dimensions etc) for a particular wind classification (N3) or is the architect meant to do that?

The drawings I have are currently okay for planning level but are not detailed enough as working drawings.
