I'm looking to get a granny flat put in the back yard but I'm not sure about the best way to go about it.


There are modular buildings e.g.:
Smart Space Homes 3 I/N 1141593 | Bunnings Warehouse

But if I get one of these, who does the plans to the accredited certifier (NSW, Australia), and how do I get someone to do the footings and hook in the sewerage? It would be preferable if I can find a modular building supplier who can arrange all that.
