Default The wife moved it ... again

I usually leave the car keys in the ignition, easy to find.

Got called out to car accident last night as a volunteer fire fighter and I was just getting handed my dinner plate just as the phone rang. Another cold tea.

Rushed outside jumped in the car - no keys, rushed inside keys not in bench, not in hall, not on bedside table, not on wardrobe - can you believe it, someone hung them up on the key rack - why would i ever look there

I'm forever mislaying things. First thing I do is ask the wife where I put it - she usually knows. Then again, I took my socks off the other night and found two dollars in them. I'd forgotten about the hole in my work trousers' pocket.
    Cheers,
    Jim

Perhaps an unfortunate sign of the times ---

I was advised by police that thieves love finding this when they break into a house.

Have not checked it out but just a thought of mine - what would the insurance company say?

I think you need one of those big hub caps attached to a key. Would be easy to spot unless you had a business that sells hub caps.
