Link between Forums???

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make a link, between threads in one Forum to a post or thread in another???

(Just curious!)

Need to get a bit more specific, Bruce.

You can post a link, such as this one, which is to this thread.

For those who may not know how, I selected the URL in the adress bar at the top of the screen & right clicked then Copy, double clicked the word "this" in my post to select it then clicked the Insert Link button (the little globe with the chain links in front) and pasted the URL into the box.

This is the extent of my knowledge. I have seen others on here link to a specific post but I don't know how.

In the top right hand corner of each post there is a post number. If you right click on that you get the hyperlink to that specific post.

Some of the other forums require you to log in before you can read so the links fail.
