January-I resolve to be just a bit nicer to people who do exactly what I want
February-Know what I call a three layer box of chocolates? Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!
March-Some people really take "all-you-can-eat" as a personal challenge.
April-The only thing I'll be planting this spring is my butt in a lawn chair.
May-After a certain age, your body is like a garage sale...some stuff looks old, some stuff doesn't work and some stuff you can't even identify.
June-If I'm going to pay this much for implants, they should be somewhere other than my mouth.
July-Soaking in a hot tub can help reduce stress. So can soaking the inside of your mouth with a Martini.
August-Ah, a day at the beach...the sun in your face, the wind in your hair. You don't want to know where the sand goes.
September-I don't iron. If I'm not wrinkle free, why should my clothes be?
October-I'm celebrating Halloween with some festive bobbing. I left my bra at home.
November-Thanksgiving...when the whole family gets together to eat turkey and stare at their phones.
December-In December, fruitcakes just show up on my doorstep. But enough about my relatives.

Time to recycle the old calendar. So here are twelve bits of wisdom from Maxine. Maybe not as good as last year but November is really true. At Christmas dinner, I took everyone's phone and put them under a pillow on the couch. Absolute bliss for the meal.
