    Default Did you ever cry?

Did you ever cry for a friend that you never met face to face?

I had a very good friend that died last week. We had never met face to face but we talked frequently through the Internet. It hurts as much as if he lived next door.

If any of you blokes have frequented forums here in the US, you may know of Cody Colston.

    Here are the details:

Cody Dalton Colston Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

    He was the woodworker's woodworker.

I've not cried for people I've not met but yeh I do cry if I go to a funeral.
It used to bother me ( a bloke thing I think ) but it doesn't bother me now, especially as I get older.
    Cheers Fred

I don't think I have either Rich, but I get it. An Australian cricketer Max Walker died today and I felt a deep sadness for him. I've never met or spoken to him, but formed a close bond with him listening to his cricket commentaries over the years. He kept me company when I was traveling through the bush during the summers of my youth. I loved his stories and his humanity.
