    Default Kauri Pine Coffee Table

    Hi Guys/Gals

    I've just got a kauri pine slab and some timber to have a crack at making a coffee table with,
    I'm new to wood work and would love to get your advice on the best way to prepare and finish the timber,
    would love to get a deep lustrous look if possible.

    For a coffee table I have used wipe on poly as the finish.
