    Default MKFL Print-through problem

I have noticed a phenomena which seems to effect users of Max Factor Knacker Lacquer when wearing white or cream clothing.

It seems that the Lacquer reacts with something in the fabric to produce a red or pinkish print-through in some circumstances.

I assume that the Australian Cricket team have some sort of sponsorship deal with the aformentioned product, as it is evident from the attached photographs that the team uniform is particularly susceptible to this problem. The attached shots show Jason Gillespe over a number of years, giving rise to the thought that the problem has been known for some time, and the manufacturer appears to have done nothing to overcome it.

If my memory serves me correctly Merve Hughes's clothes were particularly susceptible to this phenomena, which would lead me to ask whether the Lacquer reacts in some way to alcohol, although I don't recall Rod Marsh's togs being stained in this way.

I am wondering if any other users of the product have noticed similar problems?

I guess there's no substitute for the tried and trusted U-Beaut Traditional Wax, although I have seen a Brazillian one advertised recently that looks interesting?

    Cheers,

    P (Slow day!)
