Cleaning paint drips off quarry tiles
G'day all
I have recently completed the usual somewhat-hazardous painting job on some french doors. Now the quarry tiles that form the step below stick out likes the proverbials with their pattern of paint spatters accumulated over 40 years.
How to get paint (some will be acrylic and some oil-based) off quarry tiles? Methinks that the old standby, dilute hydrochloric acid, will probably take the quarry tile glaze with it.
Any views or better suggestions?
