Is Diggers Boiled Linseed Oil ok, or should I buy a different brand?
Hi Guys,
I am looking to make some Danish oil and was wondering whether some brands of Boiled Linseed Oils are better than others and worth the extra? or is the Diggger's brand oil available at the Big Green Shed ok?

I used it on a pine frame for a rocking chair over diluted FeastWatson wood stain following the recipe on the bottle.
Then added a light coating of Gilly Stephensen's Cabinet Makers Wax - Clear.
I am happy with the result.
So OK by me for my application.

I used the Diggers brand on my Moxon Vise (Victorian Ash) and followed up with a coat of my homemade Carnuba, BLO and mineral turps wax about 10 days later. No complaints. I don't have anything to compare it to though.
