What my front yard looked like this morning.:C
Hi Terry,
That looks blurry cold, far colder than here. We didn't even have a frost this morning (which was just as well- I was fiddling about under the bonnet swapping a flat battery over), a mild day with 3-9 degrees forecast.
Cheers,
Makes me cold just looking at it. Nice pic though.
:cold:
I'm guessing you didn't ride your treddly to work this morning? :C

I had a collie who refused to use a kennel or any other form of protection. I remember going to the back door one morning, the yard was white with frost, there was a green dog sized spot in the middle of the white lawn with a line of paw prints back to the door ... and the dog had a crunchy coat :oo:

It was 4°C here this morning & 12.8°C in Cairns.
Years ago I rode my treadly from Brisvegas to Sydney via Terry's neck of the woods. Around Guyra it started to snow & blow a gale. Despite several layers of thermals & waterproofs, and getting plenty of exercise, I froze. Fingers & toes nearly dropped off!
I remember a trip along the Bells Line of Road in the MG where my passenger asked me to put up the soft top because it was snowing :D
It's cold enough to be miserable here in Adelaide, but I ain't indulging in a pithing contest with you lot about it, our 'cold' is your 'moderate'.
Richard
Terry, its not really any warmer at Glen Innes.
Regards Mike:wink:
It wasn't that cold in Armidale today - there wasn't any ice on the water in the bird bath:wink:.
Now this is what I call cold:2tsup:
And you live in this frozen hell because ... :?
Richard
Mate tells me there is a major sale of long johns & other thermal underwear in Darwin at the moment - they are having a cold snap & the locals are panic buying as its the new ice age........
23 degrees C :o
So cold in my workshop today that Techniglue is taking about 7 hours to go off instead of 4. Brrrr!
