My wife has it listed.

Very wet area, house needs work.

I think that was listed at $440,000 originally? Now $385,000!

He has dropped the price to sell it.

Anywhere on the Tablelands is beautiful. If you had the where with all, there would be value in buying this, removing all the timber and tools and reselling the place after a couple of months renos.

I agree. And yes, Millaa is very wet... but hey, who needs to go anywhere with a shed like that?

I have very fond memories of the Millaa Millaa pub, sitting out on the back lawn with that million $ view.

How long ago was that?
The Millaa Millaa pub burnt down in August 1998.
It has been replaced with a new brick one.

Cliff is there any chance of her getting some better pics onto the add?

Have some absofrigginlutely brilliant memories of spending several years up in Dimboolah :2tsup: sadly in my mispent youth :roll: damn well wish I could have had the knowledge about RE both in FNQ and Broome I have now back then :doh: :doh: :doh:
