I bought a new Spindle Moulder, Thicknesser and some smaller items from Carba-tec. When they arrived I pulled the packaging of the Thicknesser and put it together with no problems. As soon as I went to take the packaging of the Spindle Moulder I realized they had sent me the wrong machine.
Biggest problem was that I live 300km away from Perth.(Oh No!!):oo:
When I contacted Carba-tec and explained the problem I though I would have to send the wrong machine back and wait for the correct moulder to arrive but no. Geoff from Carba-tec jumped in the ute with the new machine and drove all the way to Bridgetown and swaped the Spindle Moulders over and drove all the way back to Perth again.
Now thats what I call service. Mistakes happen but what a company does to rectify a problem makes them stand out from the rest.:2tsup:
