Good idea Samson ... I've just done that with my correspondence as I hadn't sent them one as yet and I think the replacement one from the newsagency is a pretty poor solution due to cost and availability in some areas.

Well I'm still waiting for them to turn up in the newsagents in Mackay!!

Why not ask for temporary on-line access as compensation. You can download articles as PDF and print off or even save.

Received this reply this morning - I also opted not to buy here and extend my subscription - I hope this is not a sign of what is going to happen with the Tools & Shops extra magazine - like mine was last year.

My FWW arrived today - no e-mails necessary. It seems to have been posted in the Dominican Republic !!!:confused: Yeah, its the issue with Garry R. pouting at his router bits.

Anyhow, there seems to be a new issue out on Taunton's web site - I wonder how long this one will take to get here?

I know the american postal system is a little strange but how can it be more effective to ship something to germany then back to australia.

I'm a little curious as to this also, as I have had several US publications delivered via Austria. I'm wondering if there is a scanning device that reads the first few letters and concludes "Aust" must be Austria?
