Not necessarily Cliff. She would have pumped ballast for the turn and that oil may be from the pumping.

I reckon that is the case otherwise if her tanks were breached she'd be screaming for a defueller to minimise the cleanup costs.

I only heard the early news today, haven't seen or heard anything other than the weather since, looks like I should go & turn on the late news.

Looks like she either got free or sank in ten feet of water :rolleyes:

Some sources suggest that the oil spilt was simply lubricant (hydraulic fluid ?) from the ships damaged prop ?

Apparently she has been pulled well out to sea tonight. Hope the beaches are all right. :)
