Optus Cable, the old 'Unlimited' plan. Don't think it's available as such now, without going to commercial plans (and prices! :oo: )

I contracted for several years when I had it connected and so far they've stayed honest. :)

As far as I am concerned, there is only ONE true way of checking the speed of your connection. Go to a website that can serve files at a speed higher that your connection. This amounts basically to only Microsoft. Download a 10MB file at various times and check the download speed. I generally get 1MB per sec. This equates to about 8Mb per sec. (On Bigpond Cable 7Mb connection)
