My BIL in Katoomba has just given me a Chinese wooden plane (the grandfather of Terry Gordon's gems), some braces, bits and clamps to GIVE AWAY at the BMGTG ..... it doesn't get better than that!

Actually Fletty, it does. John (Orraloon) is giving a performance on his new Cigar Box Guitar.
Oh and huzzah for the BIL. Top bloke. Is he coming to the GTG? We would never turn away anyone bearing gifts. Not even the Ancient Greeks.

Actually, I could rig up a plank off the side of the deck rather easily. Six quick screws to anchor about a metre of it on the deck, etc.....

I'd better bring the camera - specially if there's walking the plank and other serious stuff

lm sorry ladies and gentlemen, even with the promise (threat?) of Orraloons rendition of HOTRS, l must now drop out. I think this is the second BMGTG I've not been able to attend and will undoubtedly need to make amends in some way .... probably not by song writing though!
