Yeah fancy picking the same date as the Hockey State Championships
Jeez, talk about quick :ninja:. I deleted that from the list two weeks ago, due to lack of bites.
I might just have to pick up his pen blanks or would they still be about the same distance for him to pick them up.
Any excuse to start another chain delivery....
I only went onto the thread to see if you had the decency to change the date only to find I was unwelcome ... :p
Brett,
I may be able to come. Put me down as a maybe!:2tsup:

Ha...famous last words.
Did the cats go out and play in the snow?
Yeah, right. Couldn't figure it out - had a bit of a sniff - back to the fire to warm their guts up.
Brett did have a long stack of ready cut firewood along the path last time but maybe with all the cold of up the hill you may be right Tony about bring a truck load or two from your end of the world.....of course I'd help Brett use it up, but down the hill a little....lol.......
Cheers crowie..
PS - I hope it does snow, I hate the cold plus that wet slushy stuff.......
Second thoughts, Tony please bring a truck & dog load as Katoomba is pretty damn cold......
After a visit from Fletty today & Nick my ride is secured thanks Fletty. If t snows well its just like rain but whiter, lighter but colder. I have know it to sleat and snow in May in Katoomba. Plenty warm pubs about.
My intention is to be at the wood show for three days. If there is a stand for Wood Work Forums I will be there; weather I am or help co-ordinate I will be there.
There are only few things that would prevent me from attending and at this stage it does not seem to be the case.

Just got an email from Bushmiller. He can bring down some plastic buckets to the BBQ for anybody who wants one or more.
https://www.woodworkforums.com/member...uckets-001.jpg
From his email:
"They are nominally 22L (420mm H x 260 D) with a lid that fits well courtesy of a rubber seal. They originally contained resin in another sealed plastic bag so they have not had direct contact with the original contents. There is sometimes a slight odour with them depending on which resin has been in the bucket. However I normally pick the least smelling buckets as I know which is the smelly one and in any event it dissipates with time. I probably have 10 or so I use around the place at home.
They are quite bulky even slotted into each other, but I would be quite happy to bring a quantity down if there was some interest.
They cost $2 each, which is donated to careflight helicopters. There is an almost unlimited supply.
Incidentally, I have used a one on my vacuum system. The plastic is a semi-hard type and not at all brittle. They last fairly well in the sunlight too."
So, the thing to do would be to send Paul a PM if you want one/some, rather than clutter up the thread.
Thanks Brett for posting that.
Regards
Paul

Including you Brett we will be giving 's record a nudge.
if we are going to break your attendance record you might as well be a part of it. I'm sure John would come for another ride. :D
Not quite as close Tony, but not far: the two +1s don't really count as woodies. Of course I'll claim them if allowed though:D.
