Like this - these are 1.5 x 10 mm jarrah strips. Roughly pre-bent using and steamer but these are actually bent in 3D (Guitar top is curved in 2D).

Your curves are way bigger than these.

Excess trimmed with a block plane and then hand sanded. Fill any remaining cracks with cabinet makes wax of approx colour.

Final result looks like this.
