Hassles with Fischer & Paykel MW511 Pride

Hello Folks, I’m from Melbourne Oz.<o></o> <o></o> It would be great if there were someone who would be able to tell me how to identify, specifically, which part of the motor-controller board, I’d need to replace (as in resistor, diode, integrated circuit, or transistor) so I could get my washing machine to run from beginning to end without a hitch.<o></o> <o></o> I’ve been told at another forum, that’s the electronic board which is causing the hassle.<o></o> <o></o> But they got stroppy because I dared to speak critically of washing machine repair personnel who support this system. Edt 09:44:45 Apparently some of the posters are that by profession.<o></o> <o></o> And made a whole of excuses for them with reference to such issues as ‘man hours’, and how such guys (and girls, I suppose in ultra-rare cases) have to ‘etch out’ a living by being washing machine repair personnel<o>.</o> <o></o> So I hope that none of you guys here are washing machine repair-personnel.<o></o> <o></o>> I’m sure it’s some really basic with the machine – because “disconnecting” and then “reconnecting” the board which is right under the key touchpad, has worked often enough during the past. Edt 09:45:19<o></o> <o></o> There’s no way I’d want to have to ‘trash’ the whole machine, because some resistor worth about 0.25 of an Australian cent, is not working.<o></o> <o></o> Thanks Folks. 09:41:45, 09:45:34, 09:49:02<o></o>
