The point of the story was how free we are on this forum.;)Quote:

Very broadly speaking, the topic discussed on the forums concerns the effects of Candida milleri and its many variants, in combination with Lactobacillus sanfranciscencis and it's many variants, on various types and combinations of ground cereal products.
Both Candida and Lactobacillus occur naturaly in the air and on your skin and every day most, if not all, of you willingly shove the dead versions of these two down your throats.
So termite you are rolling in the dough.:D
Of a very specialised type. :DQuote:

I'm much more interested in the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on sugar ;)
Termite, what the hell are you doing on the other forum. Aren't we good enough for you?
Wongo, in many ways too good for me, but I like to eat more than sawdust, or more specifically supermarket "cotton wool". ;)Quote:

So named because it is only found in that area. Merely one of many many Lactobaccilus, the latest one was identified in 2002.Quote:

A lot of hype goes on about it's unique flavour blah blah blah, I've got a 25 year old brew that I will put up against it any day. ;)
