I am 'overweight' at 1780mm tall and 90kgs.
"Your suggested healthy weight range 58.6 - 78.9kg".
I would accept ~80kgs to be about right. But at ~60kgs, I'd be looking pretty sickly if I'm not already dead and I sure as hell wouldn't be able to do any real manual labour work. I was roughly 60kgs when I finished high school without an ounce of muscle on me. One of the first jobs I ever had to do was to dock some rough sawn 5x5" pine into table leg lengths. I couldn't lift the ~4.5m lengths without help, and it was even a struggle to slide them along the saw bench. Nowadays I could probably throw 2 lengths around as if they are nothing. So unless I am to become an office worker, I guess I better remain a fatso.

I’m overweight and every time I see a new doctor (rotating Drs at our local practice) they ask “ how are you managing your diabetes?” . I just say “ I haven’t got diabetes. Why don’t you check my 6 monthly blood test results before making assumptions”. They check and of course everything is fine.

my family country doc did a full physical 2 years ago......'looking good,' he says 'what do you do for exercise?'
'Dont swear at me' I replied.. 'drive up here to yac with you, buy some famous vanilla slices for lunch, then play in the workshop'\
'Pi** off you lucky sod.' was his reply.
