After a day or three off to go to work :(( I was back working on the man cave. With 's help and a panel lifter hired from Bunnies we managed to get all the plaster up in five hours, not bad considering the tea breaks :rolleyes:, and a stop for lunch. Only a couple of minor issues that were corrected with the use of a hand saw, and don't let anyone tell you that you can't use an angle grinder on plaster :o. Oh yeah, we almost put a couple of the ceiling panels on upside down :doh:. The "short" panels were a result of a couple of 3600 lengths getting shortened on the way home from Bunnies (note to self: tie down the front of the panels next time). The offcuts from the door opening should fill the space nicely. reckons a nice leadlight window wouldlook good over the door.

Well done Grumpy. I think 's right, but what would be the effect on the lighting? Would it become too ecclesiastical for the underwear shoots? Oh err.. that might be stained glass.
No matter, I'm sure it would be very effective and a good alternative to that curvy thingy the young girl with the braces (is that what you call them :? ) was demonstrating.

(PS I know what you mean about the wind. A lot of longish products can be damaged by the wind getting under them. I sandwich them between timber battens with threaded rod at either end as the clamping mechanism; Works really well with corrugated iron too.)
Not much happening today. Made a start setting the joints and filling gaps, cut a couple of holes for downlights, then realised they were in the wrong place:doh:. More of the same tomorrow.
