Phil, Mrs. Wood just read this thread and says she'd be quite happy if you'd kick her out of our kitchen and take over cooking duties (so would I to tell you the truth).

She often won't eat her own creations whereas I enjoy a challenge. One of my favourites is her Pecan and Molasses Pie, or as I prefer to call it, Morass and Kerb.
