I'm with Bob here, we seem to have lucked out with good (but a bit odd) neighbours.
once a month the whole street (6 houses) go out to a local restaraunt or pub for a feed and a drink. :2tsup:
The only problems that arise are with the elderly couple in no.5 who always want to party on when the rest of us want to go home :rolleyes:

Woohoo it's finally on the market. This real estate agent is the best spin doctor I've ever seen, he should work for Tony Abbot.

I think it looks ok. After all it is a house that is being purchased.

Here is what you do. When the open house starts go out and turn on the most noisy machine that you have. Leave it on for the whole time that the inspection is on. Should not concern you as you will have your hearing protection on. :q

Then get someone that you know who wants a house to make an offer. During their talk with the agent at the house go ahead and turn on all the machines that you have. :rotfl:

Could just get a bargain.
