It's been a hell of a read - I've been following the saga for a few weeks now. I hope you sort something out and the perpetrators get well and truly perped for their efforts.

Yeah. Very Quite.
I've been looking at flights to Melbourne and car hire.
I can get a one way hire of a ute to Tow my trailer (Any trailer he has at the factory) home.
Hell. I might even bring one of the local coppers with me so ensure that Everything I do is Legal. I have proof of purchase that I will be bringing and the police will be aware of this paperwork.
The 8th is coming up fast....

We too have been stuffed around by this con..Scott. bought camper in august through ebay and have nothing to show. He has said he will give a refund but we still havn't seen that yet either. I have been through ebay which sent me to a police website to fill out a statement to send to the VIC police which I am sending tomorrow, and have also contacted dept of fair trading who has sent out paperwork to take it to tribunal, which i will be also doing. I'm at the point where I will do almost anything to get a result. I'm in for going to the media....BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!
