I'de like to start a thread for pedants and nitpickers.
Ok, great idea!
BTW, "I'de" doesn't have an 'e' on the end. :cl:

I'm not a pedant or a nitpicker. Can I still comment?
"I'm not a pedant or a nitpicker" is a comment. Unless anything happened to you after your comment was made affecting your ability to comment again then you can still comment, even in your belief that you say your not a pedant or a nitpicker, words are cheap and the proof's in the pudding
I thought a pedant was a male school teacher. So I can't see the relevance to 'nitpickers'.
Isn't a pedant an insect on a bicycle?
Never mind... back to my corner. :duck:
Skew, you should never put a space after an elipsis.
Whats this hypothetical pudding an do it have a recipe?
All I want to know is why? :?
Why? do you ask why?
I don't need this thread. I have the whole forum to express my skill. :D
your is supposed to be you're only when it's a contraction of you are. Your is belonging to you, different meaning same sounds homophone or homonym, I got in trouble for pointing one out immediately after joining here. A bloke was talking about a salt cellar and asked about a salt seller, so I said he could sell it in hesian bags. and got roundly booed
