transition from timber to wet area

Hello,

I got a problem and couldn't think of a solution. I have just installed the plywood on concrete today and realized that it is already higher than the kitchen and bathroom areas which are covered with tiles. With the timber, the timber floor with be approximately 25 mm higher than the tiled kitchen floor.

Please let me know what to do in this situation. appreciate any inputs.
