what sort of cable and bnc connectors to use for cctv?

i am setting up a cctv system for my house, im looking for bnc connectors and cable for it and im as confused as hell now. i thought there was one type of bnc connector, then i find about 6 different types. i need a male one, but what type?? 50 ohm or 75 or neither?? have a look here and tell me what i need.

also, what sort of cable is used for cctv?? normal 75 ohm coaxial like they use in antennas??
