CAD software for electrical circuits plus ..

Hi All

I woud like to hear opinions on CAD software anybody has used.
What I'm looking for is a system to do electrical/electronic circuts, with the ability to modify them easily, machanical drawings,and basic architectural drawings

That's it I want everything and of course it has to be cheap.

Turbo Cad has been suggested, however I don't know anybody who has used it.

All feedback appreciated. :)
