Hot / Cold taps wrong

Hi all.

Have hot & cold taps mixed up, Hot handle right side kitchen & vanity, Hot tap left side shower & laundry :o

Not a biggy until visitor uses them :doh:

Main issue is the kitchen sink taps, they are on a melamine type panel & I can't access them without demolishing it or the wall other side of window.

How can I swap, or is this definately a qualified plumbers job.
