paper tape and angle beads????

Howdy All,
Just wondering if i need to paper tape inside angle joints and stick down external angle beads for external angle joints in the places where these angles will be tiled over.

I'm tiling right up to the ceiling in most areas (Bathroom) and it seems a little bit of overkill having to join up angles with tape or beads if im tiling over them anyway!?

Anyone know what the tradie norm is??
