Hole Saw Problem - Deck Lights

Hi All,
Am half way through my big deck stairs project. Will post pics tonight.
Am having trouble with my circle cutter.
I have this one :

But my problem is that the merbau is so hard, that i cant get it out like i could soft wood. There is no Hole in the top of the hole saw to knock it out, just on the sides, which is silly because its useless to me.
Take sme bout 20 mins after each hole to get the merbau out.

Anyone able to offer an alternative solution?
